Poor quality pad Thai, watery sauce and noodles and minimal flavor. Generals chicken from here is amazing though. Very friendly staff and quick delivery.. So will stick with Generals from here for now on.

I ordered extra spicy scallop and shrimp with garlic sauce. Sauce tasted flavorless and watered down. Absolutely no spice was added, shrimp fried rice had 2 shrimp on top of container. Never again!

The food was horrible. Chicken very dry and chewy. Rice stale and the soup was hot but won ton were overdone. Why is it so hard to find a good Chinese place in this area??

The food was delicious but the delivery time was bad. I ordered at 5:40 asking for ASAP. Received an email saying it would get there at 6:40, at 7 I called and they said it was out for delivery. It still didn't get here until 7:15. I put the tip on the charge, which I regret doing. I won't be doing that again.

We order from here all the time and normally everything is great. This time the service was fine but as we were eating my husband encountered some sort of metal twist tie in his chicken and broccoli.

The food was pretty good, and arrived right on time. The hot & sour soup wasn't as flavorful or spicy as my hometown restaurant, but each restaurant has it's own unique flavors and the food was still pretty good overall.

Your software misled me to believe my order had not been placed. So I ended up placing a duplicate order. I called the restaurant and they said to call Beyond Menu to get this 2nd order cancelled. I did this and the order was cancelled. No problem here. Your software should be more clear. The food from Hot Wok was good as usual.

A go-to place for delivery and take out. Consistent food and reasonable prices for the area. And the staff is friendly. Happy to do business with them. I would like their spicy stuff to be more spicy but that is my personal taste.
